When I check the management portal and look at the computer profile I see ' Service needs attention, there are 1 issue(s) to address' with the service status "Pending License Activation" The lower left corner shows 'Connected to Symantec.cloud'. All the settings (Antivirus, Antispyware, SONAR, etc.) show a grey question mark. We use SEP.cloud quite some time now for many customers, but we have an issue with multiple customers/servers that show 'Unknown' in the SEP.cloud GUI.
